A flavorful and satisfying Doner Kebab Wrap made with marinated and grilled chicken or beef, fresh vegetables, and a creamy yogurt-tahini sauce. Perfect for a quick and tasty meal!
Ingredients: 500g boneless chicken or beef, thinly sliced. 1 large onion, thinly sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1 tsp ground coriander. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 large flatbreads or tortillas. 2 cups shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1 cup thinly sliced cucumbers. 1/2 cup sliced red onions. 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/2 cup plain yogurt. 1/4 cup tahini sauce. 1 lemon, juiced. Olive oil for cooking.
Instructions: Cut the chicken or beef into thin slices and put them in a bowl. Add minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes after you mix it well. Set a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. The meat should be cooked for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side until it is browned and fully cooked. Take it off the heat and set it aside. Put plain yogurt, tahini sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix them together to make a creamy sauce. Put the tortillas or flatbreads in a dry skillet and heat them up for 20 seconds at a time. Spread a lot of the yogurt-tahini sauce on each flatbread before putting the wraps together. Put some diced tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded lettuce, chopped parsley, and a piece of cooked meat on top of the sauce. First, fold the sides of the flatbread in. Then, start rolling it up tight from the bottom to make a wrap. Serve the Doner Kebab Wraps right away, and if you want, you can add more sauce to dip them in.
