This is great stuff and I agree with a lot of it!! But mainly every single finnrey scene YES SAME. Lol some of the ship tag was so upset about their lack of physical interactions, but I thought there was so much??? Just they way they said each other's names and you could tell the physically missed each other so much. so soft and pure... And then bury me in that hug t b h
RIGHT like, and it makes sense they would be separated. god and when poe was like “any questions” and finn immediately upon waking up being like “WHERES REY” sdlkasjdlskjamdlkajsdlkasdj fu ck OR when he goes to the pods and and rose is like DESERTER and tasers him, i was screaming internally sm bc UM EXCUSE U, HE IS NO DESERTER HE IS BEING LOYAL

,,,,,,... anyway. lol yeah and a lot of people are upset with the finn and rose implications but tbh i saw none of that when i saw it ? ? finn clearly wasn't into the kiss and their interactions were aggressively BFF to me ? so like if it happens, it is gonna be a one-sided thing from rose (which could be interesting)
heck the whole thing could also be read as being a giant parallel to the first film, in that in TFA you had rey longing for connection and latching super fast on finn bc of that...and here in TLJ you had her latching onto the hope of being kylos ally, but in this case, cause it is the darker movie, that backfired on her.
so tldr basically the whole movie is rlly statement on how finnrey is better than reylo :pp *shot*
