                     it’s  only  been  a  few  days  now  ,  but  if  asked  ,  wadanohara  would  insist  it  felt  like  years  that  she’s  been  worriedly  sticking  close  to  syakesan  due  to  his  health-scare  .  luckily  ,  samekichi  has  been  sweet  enough  to  tend  to  her  and  his  brother  periodically  ;  but  things  were  starting  to  look  up  .  of  course  ,  the familiarship  and  her  healing  magic  played  a  big  part  in  his  recovery  ,  but  she  still  can’t  help  but  feel  she  has  to  do  more  for  him  .

                     it’s  why  she’d  make  special  requests  from  samekichi  to  visit  tosatsu  kingdom  and  get  a  pack  of  those  white  jewel  strawberries  sal  liked  so  much  ,  or  warm  up  his  blankets  and  insist  upon  spoon-feeding  the  salmon  shark  chicken  soup  despite  him  being  well  enough  to  feed  himself  .  at  the  least  ?  you  can  probably  come  to  the  conclusion  wadanohara  will  be  a  great  mom  one  day  .

                    ‘ how are you feeling today , sal ? still sleepy ? ’

                    hopefully  , he  wont  mind  the  teeny  witch  invading  her  friend’s  personal  space  as  she  does  with  samekichi  --  crawling  up  under  the  covers  and  hugging  on  to  him  .  affection’s  the  best  medicine  ,  right  ?  and  it’s  not  like  what  he  had  was  ...  contagious  ,  but ... for  good  measure  ,  a  hand  will  reach  up  to  feel  his  forehead  .

                  ‘ i’m so happy you’re recovering so well, i don’t even think you have a fever anymore... ! ’
