Found this while going through my clothes, tried it on, and thought "damn I look good." So I took a couple of pictures. Here they are

They look stupid yes. But I look cute as hell, so that doesn't matter. Also, my name is Grey and my pronouns are they/them. (this is the only place I can say this, as I am not fully out to my parents yet, and I don't think I ever will be. But thank you to @chilaxchick and my boyfriend. One of the first few people I came out to, that respected my name and pronouns. You guys are the best. And thank you in advanced for those of you who will respect my pronouns and name. )

I just had the most amazing date. For the first time in a long time, I am so unbelievably happy and genuinely excited for the future.

finally i got some self confidence recently and don’t think that i’m a ‘shitty and crappy’ person anymore. it only took me to go through years of self-loathing and a guy to propose to me (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و

I came back to the arena this year so much stronger than I was last year. I'm not intimidated by hitting anymore. I fucking embrace it. I took out more people than I expected and held my ground against some of the much larger, stronger girls. I cannot fucking wait to be bouting. Derby season 2016 better be fucking ready for me.

This past couple weeks have been really tough. Tougher than anything I have ever been through. Today's the first day I have actually felt better, and happier. Today's the day I also realizing who's really there. The true people in life that are willing to drop everything to just to listen to me vent, cry and just be there when I really need them. They will never know how much I truly appreciate it.

Good things that happened today after a shitty week

- went to a Greek Festival and ate honey puffs and went on a ride with my friends and I was super happy and felt like a 5 year old again 

- tonight I was finally able to find the motivation to study again after having crippling anxiety all week and barely being able to leave my room 

- I discovered that I now feel strong enough to prevent my depression completely consuming me i.e. I don’t have to rely on medication to get over an episode anymore (this seems like a small thing but it’s taken me 8 years to get to this point and I’m hella proud of it) 

- my family is doing way better today after also having an equally shitty week
