Scorpio – sun ☼, Capricorn – moon ☾, Scorpio – rising ↑

and since I'm a bit of a zodiac whore i'll expand on this.

Scorpio – sun ☼

he handles well in crisis situations like life and death decisions and emergencies

has an uncanny knack for sensing the subtle or hidden undercurrents in a situation.

when he loves someone, they do so completely. He can be really devoted, caring, and committed. But break his trust and you're dead to him.

when he feels threatened or uncomfortable, he shows a more destructive side which can be the source of much heartache and regret.

Capricorn – moon ☾,

he’s determined and disciplined.

his inner world is musty and dark at times, which he tries to cover up with dry or dark humor. He often slips into melancholy.

Scorpio – rising ↑

he comes off as mysterious, quiet, and alluring. People want to know more about what’s behind that cool, pristine face, of his when they first meet him

despite his best intentions, he constantly deals with negative, toxic, and obsessive emotional states that plague him.

12. what is their occupation?

He's a merc, a gun-for-fire, a thief, everything that's bad and twisted. Merciless killer on a lose, chasing eddies and street cred because that's all he knows really. He probably wouldn't be able to keep a "normal" 9-5 job for more than a day. Too ruthless and aggressive, he'd probably get fired for punching a customer in the face.

23. do they prefer the city or the badlands?

The city. He was born and raised there, the badlands are way too quiet for him. He likes to occasionally go for a drive on one of the abandoned highways (especially in the middle of the night when the temperature has dropped to a bearable level) but 9/10 he comes back to the bustling, sickeningly bright Night City. It has its inner charm that the outsiders don't see or don't want to see. He knows NC like the back of his hand, knows little hidden spots that make it easy for him to just "get lost" for a while. He likes that he can just disappear in the shadows of steel skyscrapers and be found only on his own terms. Badlands feel too open for him. Too much sun, too much wind, too much everything. And the temperature... don't even get him started...

24. what gang/faction/corporation do they align with if any?

In the past, he worked for the bodyguarding and security service company Vault Inc. He was their enforcer, and one of their most trusted bodyguards (until they tried to flatline him)

Currently, he's not aligned with anyone, maybe the Afterlife mercs if that counts, but mostly he's just on his own.

28. are they quick to help a stranger in need or do they prefer to stay out of other people's business?

It depends. On his mood or the person that seems to be in some sort of distress. Usually, he has a rule for always helping women unless he senses that's something smells funny about the whole situation (he's no stranger to gangs using their women as bait). He tends to be a huge dick, so he'll probably make the person in need beg him for his help. If he's a witness to a gang beating he'll stop for a second and go through his list of pros and cons and it's a 50/50 chance if he decides to step in or not. Cutting down some Tyger Claws or Valentinos is always fun, but if he overhears that the person being beaten up deserved it in some kind of way he ignores the whole ordeal and carries on with his day. If he does help however he's not doing it for free (as I mentioned, a huge asshole). Extra eddies are always appreciated.

2. when in canon does your self insert come in? do you have a scene in mind for your entrance?

After Romeo aka King Of Puppets is dealt with, which is around halfway through P's game.

I actually have wrote a fic of the circumstances of P meeting Ender

But to summarize it; Ender woke up or as the game calls it their ego awakened around the time when P was busy with Venigni's workshop which is third area of the game so pretty early. They made their way to Estella Opera house where Romeo is, who took Ender in as they both were unbound by the rules that dictate other puppets. Puppets under Romeo attack those who aren't bound by the rules as well as humans.

After Romeo is destroyed, Ender, who did not see that it was P, tries to still give his last message to P and that's how they meet.

I know it doesn't make much sense since P gets the message anyway via stargazer but I wrote it so Ender didn't give the message as P is not Carlo, whom Romeo truly wanted the message to reach. So in a way it does make sense still?

P just leads Ender back to hotel Krat since Ender is survivor and isn't hostile puppet so they chill in there for the rest of the game. Or maybe P can take Ender with them to kick ass in between bosses in the final area. The one thing I do know, is Ender is definitely in the final scenario with P meeting Geppetto for the last time.

3. how do the other characters generally feel about your self insert?

Pulcinella & Polendina, fellow puppets who are nonhostile do like Ender and they have nice chats together, albeit away from others due to both Pulcinella and Polendina keeping their ego awakening as secret for good chunk of the game due to it being taboo before puppet frenzy aka the incident that caused the game. I think for most part Ender would feel more at home with fellow puppets.

That is not to say humans treat my si unkindly, Eugenie for example is very nice to Ender and babbles all about weapons and how to fix them and Ender listens while petting the hotel cat. As someone who's used to seeing puppets, Eugenie doesn't have opinion about Ender at first and she's more leaning towards Stalkers and other humans trying to get rid of hostile puppets.

Antonia, the elderly lady who owns hotel Krat, is the most kind human to Ender in the building, almost like grandmother they never had. Antonia, who has puppet butler Polendina, thinks very favorable of puppets and I personally think she knows when they're sentient and treats them as humans. Therefore I think Antonia would want to 'mentor' Ender and tell them stories when she was young. Antonia is kind of person who has keen eye and can tell Ender is in love with P so there's where the mentoring comes in.

Mutual hatred with Alidoro. He despises Ender. They can't be in same room together and when they do there's sharp remarks.

Venigni, the genius would adore Ender I think but it's not nearly as mutual as first. As Ender comes from outside Krat and has been under servitude of people who dress and act similar to him, they would be on edge around Venigni. It would take Pulcinella vouching for Venigni meaning no harm for Ender to be friendly with him, but they become best buddies. Best character of the game with P.

Geppetto, like Alidoro does not like Ender. Ender always tries to make P think on his own and indulge in things he likes and his father really does not like that because it ruins his plans. Ender pickers with Geppetto endlessly if they happen on the same room.

11. what kind of outfit(s) does your self insert wear?

In Krat, Ender prefers knitted sweater & plaid skirt combo. I don't care if that breaks the timeline or immersion since Belle has pants and there's sentient puppets and magic and illusions and puppets that transform into human.

When they weren't sentient and were outside Krat they wore very typical outfit of maid. Only solemnly they had fancier outfit like green silk dress on when they were shown outside Krat like prized object.
