I did it!!!

December 14th, I officially graduated nursing school!!!

yo, for any of my fellow people with ADHD who are currently in the midst of studying for finals, and might have trouble concentrating for long or extended periods of time-- one thing that helps me get my work done is breaking everything i need to get done into chunks. so for example, i study for 20 minutes and take a 10 minute break, then go back to studying for 20 minutes with another 10 minute break, so on and so forth like this until whatever i had on the agenda for the day is done.

it also helps me to play classical music or instrumental stuff with headphones in while studying to drown out background chatter and keep my brain stimulated.

also, don't forget to get sleep, drink lots of water and eat regular meals! those are key for finals week.
