So I rewatched all of Final Space recently like twice and the idea dawned on me that Gary would be a great father figure to Fox and Ash. We all know how Gary is Uncle/Dad wise to Little Cato. Very caring and protective and always does his best to care for Little Cato. And thats showing about what kind of dad or even uncle he is. Now lets think of the parents we know Fox and Ash have had. Clarence was a shit one that used Fox and Ash as his henchman and made them help him with his dirty work and they still wished to have a normally family. Clarence also abuses them physically and emotionally as we have seen. he tries to even guilt trip them at times. Ash’s biological parents tried to sacrifice her and her sister without any remorse as well. Now what does Gary have to offer them what their parents dont?
