Scene way after maggot has its eye eaten by vergilios and ramses' piercings ripped out by a still unnamed minor antagonists. Finch going, "who do you think is next?"

And melodie's like "what do you mean".

And finch says again "well maggots lost an eye, vergilios is going insane-r by the second, ramses literally got his piercings ripped out. One of us HAS to be next." Looks at toby, and continues "i bets its gonna be toby, hes definitely gonna lose a foot or something."

And toby is side eyeing them "I'm gonna lose a what"

Finch raising their hands "I'm just saying, we're basically the main characters in a horror movie right now—except we're smarter of course—" (they're not) "—something horrific HAS to happen to us all."

"Are you hoping something does???" Says melodie, while exchanging a glance with toby

Finch becomes suddenly quiet, "..noooo... okay but a peg leg would cool as hell, y'know???? Maybe a hook for a hand. I'd become captain hook. Hell yeah."

Finch is now canonically genuinely terrible at driving. Before The monster chase scene happened, the group (uhh whoever usually drives) decided to teach finch to drive. Then the monsters began chasing them,and then they crashed
