Also, the composition of that second shot is stunning. The frame of the door between them, separating them and putting them in different squares reminds me of the s3 ending closet frame that separated them too. Theyre closer now, they understand each other now. Its gentler. Yet theyre still not in the same frame, and thats ok. They can keep loving each other regardless even if its in a different way they had originally intended to.

Whenever I wander into the milkvan part of my Pinterest I keep seeing AI generated photos of Finn and Millie where they look in love (and clearly dressed out of character, but not the point) . And when byler appears on my dash it's wonderful fanarts ,fan-comics and ficrecs and socmed AUs... Really shows which side of the fandom is mature and creative and which side of the fandom is kinda pathetic

going to continue beating this horse, but wtf was mileven's s4 ending if not setting up byler (or el independence)...because on the surface she wants him to say i love you, his character works his way up to the big moment where he finally does, so they should be happier than ever, but shes mad at him and we never really know why...and theoretically it would be addressed s5 but their relationship has no arc at all s5... so whatttt was she mad about!!! if mileven was endgame all along, what secret thing is there for her to be upset at !!!
