Missed Appointments

I was supposed to return the robot to Dr. Borgida around noon.

By that time today, I hadn't accomplished anything but get the Finch to light up it's LED nose and rotate through a cycle of different colors. It does that when it's receiving power from a USB port and no communication.

During the 206 lecture (while taking notes and blogging about the class), I re-downloaded the eclipse IDE (the one I had was last updated last summer...), imported the sample projects, and magically it started working.

Now I don't feel so bad about missing my appointment to drop it off - I might actually have a workable demo for presentation in class tomorrow.

Somewhat related, are there conventions for the use of hashtags on tumblr, or does everyone just kindof do whatever they feel like?
