I am literally a foot taller than the owner, so the legs really don't look right on me. Use your imagination - or see :finchcaticon: in person at AC! ;)
This gal has a moving jaw, delrin tail for extra bounce, folded wings with 38 individually sewn and airbrushed feathers, and individual butt feathers with interfacing in each one. Finches have a way different beak shape (especially from the front) than a hawk or any other curved beak , so that was the most challenging part - but I'm happy with the results! And the colors made it SO fun to work on! :D
