1- of the fic you’ve written, which are you most proud of?
Oh goodness, that’s such a hard question because there are so many options. I guess from the point of “what was the most fun to write?”, I will always wander back to the llama fic (the llama in question is just ONE component of that things, but it’s possibly the only time that “this is based on something that happened to me // someone I know” is funny instead of painful). From the point of “what means the most to me?”, I have to go with this sad/fluffy thing because the content is very personal and writing that one felt really good.
3- favorite POV (first/second/third/etc)
Hmmmm. Most of my current fic is in third-person because that’s NORMAL, and that helps with the necessary disconnect sometimes. (I use fic to process things that have happened to me. Sometimes this is good, sometimes it really isn’t, either way it’s still the best therapy I’ve found.) Most if not all of my novels in progress are in first-person because my mains tend to be REALLY FRICKING VOCAL. (Especially Scarlett. Gah. Scarlett Evans is a nightmare and I’ve been writing her in various forms for over four years and she has her own little part of my brain and I love her.) Aaaand I used to do a lot of second-person fic, and I still do for one particular thing ‘cause that’s just how I write her/them, and it comes so easily for certain characters -- basically, if I identify really strongly with them, then second-person fic is awesome. If not... not worth the effort.
4 - what are some themes you love writing about?
I like true love but I like it better when it’s a conscious choice of both people involved. I write about depression and related stuff a lot because again, writing as therapy. I do a lot of hurt/comfort fic and I do a lot of NSFW fic ‘cause that’s what I need to keep fighting. Gaaaaah.
