As a small kid and later in school, I was always drawing. One of my subjects in highschool was art. I did one year graphic designing (1994) and after that 3 years art class. Then I lost my mojo. Tried several times to sketch/paint again, but always short lived. I always kept my materials, and inherited my mom's 6 yrs ago. So, today. Got bored a bit with my stitching. Constantly seeing beautiful artwork on social media, and I thought.. "lets see if I can still do it"... And? First watercolour in 20+ years....
