Motivate your self because no one else is going to

I should say this is second time I’m posting my thoughts on the Internet. We all have this battle inside our head most often when we trying to make some major decision. Sometimes, we get frustrated but sometimes we actually do well and get it right. I better should come back to this story. Last week, I was in that kind of situation and I was thinking if I should do something or not. While battling in my own head I went to work after breakfast. As some of you know me I’m a farmer so I look-after cows. It was just another normal day at work. I decided to shift my cows to a different paddock (a field of grassland any size). because they had finished their grass in that paddock. As normal, I gave my cows call and they started moving up to the gateway. That gateway was in middle of the paddock. Those couple of leader cows came out and made their way to the new grass paddock. Where as all the other cows didn’t came out. Some of them were too scared to make a decision to get out and some of them actually got distracted and they started walking along the fence to follow those leaders. They couldn’t go far, they just got stuck in the corner of the same paddock. Then, I went in their started pushing those cows out most of them realise and started going out of the getaway. But some of them couldn’t help themselves they were still keen to walk along the fence and get trapped in the same corner. After a lot of efforts and hard work I got those stubborn cows out of the paddock. It was a kind of like winning a game or being successful in a mission. While, I was just closing the gate of that paddock. I looked at those cows and smiled, I have asked my self, “Do you wanna be like that bunch of cows”?? "Life is pretty much same" People who make their decision and find their way as leaders they get out and achieve what they looking for and some of them get bit distracted but still find their way out. But some of them who don’t understand if they making a mistake same as that last bunch of cows. They just can’t find their way out. Even sometimes people try to help those, like I was trying to help those cows. But they just can’t see it. They still want to get stuck in same situation. In world, we don’t find those people very often who can just carry on motivating and helping us or pushing us towards our goals if you got someone you should respect them or just be your own leader!!
