Vindication is so sweet. Completed Ironman North Carolina on Saturday and had a strong race. Not a PR, but I'll take it. What was so awesome was sharing the experience not only with a number of athletes from Moxie, and my local training friends but long-time client athlete Steven Bossert and my cousin Lisa Bishop. It was her first 70.3 and she CRUSHED it. Steven killed it as well with a 6-minute PR.
