This vibrant yellow dress made its most recent appearance in 2004, when it was worn by Tanya Samuel in the reality television series 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒚.   Before that, it was recycled for the 1998 adaptation of 𝑽𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒓, where eagle-eyed viewers spotted it on an extra.   But its story began in 1996, when it was first worn by Fiona Victory as Caroline Enys in 𝑷𝒐𝒍𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒌.   Who was the costume designer?
