The one where Baymax was the son of the previous Avatar and Tadashi’s the current Avatar
Baymax finds Fred and Wasabi into some facility, through Baymax’s spirit bending. He was able to communicate a little with Wasabi but failed to do so with Fred as the non-bender was getting tortured into admitting he’s the Avatar.
Of course, Fred’s not gonna admit that, or tell anyone of who’s the real Avatar. What Baymax witnessed as Fred’s torture was Fred being whipped and slapped all the while his limbs were trapped in earth.
Wasabi’s trapped inside a metal cell with fire all over the place, the big muscled man was forced to forego his neatly cleaned shirt and shred it to soak up some sweat that he could use to hydrate himself.
Tadashi and Hiro formulated a plan, a plan where Tadashi reveals himself as the Avatar… jk… a plan where Gogo and Honey team up to deceive everyone in the enemy’s base that they’re new recruits as they hound in Baymax, Tadashi and Hiro, all three boys shirtless, barefoot and chained to each other. Hiro then uses firebending to burn some plants that were inside the confiscated clothes to release the smoke containing a sleeping agent.
The boys easily broke away from their bonds as Baymax leads them to the cell where Wasabi’s located, as he was the closest.

(Meanwhile Wasabi has already escaped using his sweat as a form of water - which grossed him out very much but desperate times and all that - and they find him just in time to team up and try to rescue Fred. When the group asks why the HELL the WTU thinks Fred, a very famously non-bender, is the Avatar, Wasabi tells them that Fred lied and implied that he was to protect Wasabi, who the WTU had originally thought was the Avatar. Basically it’s the whole “I’m Spartacus” thing but with the Avatar.
When the team finds Fred though, they are HELLA PISSED. Hiro barely manages to stop Tadashi from going Avatar state on the people in the room, because hey Tadashi you know what would suck? Revealing yourself as the Avatar when Fred just spent hours getting tortured to protect your secret!
They still kick all the ass tho
