Spice up your barbecue game with these Spicy Fire-Eater BBQ Ribs featuring a bold and flavorful rub. The perfect combination of heat and smokiness that will leave your taste buds tingling!
Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back ribs. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper. 1 tablespoon cumin. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce for basting.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Take off the membrane on the back of the ribs so that the seasoning can get into them better. This is the Fire-Eater Rub: brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, black pepper, dry mustard, oregano, and thyme. Mix these ingredients together in a bowl. Spread the spice mix out evenly on both sides of the ribs by rubbing them with it. Place the ribs on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. For a tasty glaze, baste the ribs with BBQ sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Take the ribs off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Then cut them into pieces. Enjoy the fiery Fire-Eater BBQ ribs with your favorite sides.
