After watching some videos and documentaries about firefighters I can’t help but think that it would suit Dick really well to be a firefighter. He’s brave and good with people and firefighters job is literaly saving people not only from fires but in all kinds of accidents too. They do basic first aid and their job overlaps with both police and emergency medical services. Firefighters risk they lives everyday and they are closest to heroes we have in real world today. They also deserve all the respect for what they do for such a little payment.

So yes as much as I love officer grayson, I think he would do even better as a firefighter and probably would save a lot more people that way

(there’s also that police brutality problem which dc probably never will touch. correct me if i’m wrong but at least i haven’t seen it really been addressed in any of his runs)
