Speaking from experience, if it’s looking like your current major is going to be something you don’t like, it’s best to change it now instead of in a couple of years after a lot of wasted money.

That’s why I’m looking at things now when I’m only about a year into undergrad and have mostly just been taking intro maths/sciences that would be useful for whatever science thing I decide to do.  I’m going to make a decision within the next month or so about it. Also going to talk to a few advisers in both departments about things and get their input on how I should go about things. The fact that my schedule plan for this fall semester isn’t going to change regardless of what I do bc the courses I plan to take benefit either option is just assurance in case things take longer than they should.

It’s not that I don’t LIKE my current major, I’m just trying to figure out what I actually want to spend the rest of my life doing and thats the hard part, haha. Gonna take lots of introspection on my part but this has been brewing in my brain for a good few months.

Okay, um.

So like, one way this fic could go is where Magnus actually does end up taking the chalice, and basically it’s an angst filled ride where he’s so SO happy to be back with Julia, and he managed to avert the whole Raven’s Roost thing, but at the same time he *knows* that out there bad shit is happening, because there’s reports from all over about people bursting into flames and leaving behind circles of black glass, and eventually the world turns to crystal and everyone dies. It’s very sad.

The OTHER way this could go is... the IPRE seven telling Angus about the cycles we never heard about, either all together or separately, because he’s sick/tired/had a nightmare, and hey, he’s just a kid. We can tone down the stories or whatever, and he wants to hear ‘em.

Oh yeah, I saw that too. I think they were trading Castforms though, which never seemed to work for me. Razor Claw is probably more valuable??
