Here’s a piece I did a while ago and i was hoping I could get some shading or anatomy tips?

You can get a little bit of both :)  I wasn’t sure if his hands were supposed to be like paws or human hands, so I went with the latter in the redline. In either way, the stylization makes the anatomy rather workable in your favour. Although the total length of the bent leg didn’t correspond to the stretched one. So, I scaled it back a bit.  In addition, the design of the hat seems a little too small to fit a character with large ears. I’d go back and either reconsider its inclusion or make it into a top hat with considerable height so that it won’t slide off the character’s head. But of course, this is more of a design issue. If it’s just a prop drawn from a random idea or meme, and not part of the character’s set design, then take what I'm saying with a grain of salt. 

I recommend you look into “slicing” as a shading method. The method doesn't constitute if your shading technique should be soft, cel- or a mix of the two, but can help you map out exactly where the shadows would be.  You can read more about it here.
