Savor the delicious flavors of winter with this divine dessert. A delightful snack ideal for chilly nights by the fire or festive get-togethers is made with smooth white chocolate, crunchy popcorn, and festive candy canes.
Ingredients: 10 cups popcorn, popped. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup crushed candy canes.
Instructions: Set oven temperature to 250F 120C. On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, distribute the pop corn. Melt butter and white chocolate chips in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Add sea salt and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture and stir. After adding the melted chocolate mixture to the popcorn, gently toss to coat all of the popcorn. Bake, stirring every ten minutes, for thirty minutes in a preheated oven. Take out of the oven and allow to cool slightly. Gently toss the popcorn with the crushed candy canes and mini marshmallows after scattering them on top. Let the popcorn cool fully before transferring or storing.
