Juicy Lucy Stroganoff Burgers have all the great tastes of a regular Juicy Lucy with the rich, creamy goodness of a Stroganoff sauce. There is sour cream sauce on top of these burgers that goes well with the Swiss cheese inside.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup minced mushrooms. 1/2 cup minced onions. 4 slices Swiss cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 1/4 cup sour cream. 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put ground beef, chopped mushrooms and onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Round up the stuff into eight thin patties. Stack two patties on top of each other and cover with Swiss cheese. Seal the edges to make four stuffed patties. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. The stuffed patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. To make a sauce, put sour cream, pepper, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Warm up the burger buns. Put some sour cream sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Cover the bottom buns with a stuffed patty. Add the other halves of the buns on top, and serve hot.
