"Fireworks!" (Ziggy)
“Sounds like it might be fun,” Dillon said nodding, “I didn’t get to go take part on the fourth anyway.”
"Yeah, I wouldn't mind that!" Omega said, nodding eagerly at Eden's suggestion. Of course he wanted to go out with her; the WEAPON always enjoyed spending time with the Cetra, but his expression quickly changed as confusion replaced his earlier interest. Dark brows knitted together as his carmine irises focused on Eden's amber-hued ones, a hand reaching up to scratch the back of his head in a puzzled manner. "...What exactly are fireworks though? They, uhh... sound kind of dangerous, Eden."
Her face lit up to hear Omega’s answer, “That’s great! I know you’ll like them.” She turned around to pick up the wadded blue blanket. Eden was excited to show him a fun summer tradition. It wasn’t often she seen fireworks; it had been years since she last seen a show. The Cetra wanted to show him. He may have been a WEAPON that has existed for centuries, but she was sure he hadn’t ever seen a rocket’s trail of embers as it climbs the sky, or the wild colors that broke the blue velvet of night. She grabbed his hand, ready to lead him. She stopped, however, when he spoke of his concerns.
Eden looked back, before turning to face him. “Ya know, fireworks. They’re like little rockets, smoke bombs, and those little spinning wheel things. Oh, and sparklers! They all make pretty colors and lights, it’s something that doesn’t always happen.” She gave him as much of a reassuring smile as she could muster, slipping her hand into his free one. “Well, they can be, but only if you don’t know what you’re doing. We’re just watching, from a safe distance, I don’t intend we set them off. And besides…” Her smile became a bit more of a playful smirk before bringing him in a loose hug. “I’ll protect you from them. No firework will get past me!” She added, teasing the WEAPON a bit.
