I don’t know but the word “homophobia” feels so bastardized to me when a fellow gay dude (@firmus) uses it to shut down a discussion about misogyny among women, even straight women.
If a straight woman, who happens to be discussing misogyny in drag culture, is being homophobic, then obviously it should not go unnoticed. But jumping on a post made by and for women and telling one group of those women to just shut up about misogyny Because (potential) Homophobia, is just too convenient.
