Can I just say I like the Li Yifei in the donghua more. Because he is separate person than Nanda snake demon. He's a bit special because even when being possessed, he retain his personality instead of a split personality of the snake. But in the novel, he and the Nanda snake is one and the same.... 😞
He also killed all the other offsprings, so why only Li Yifei is there in the hospital? Like what about the other guys soul... are they not worthy enough to be put in the prison? Do they need to have the strength of minimum 'River' level like the ghostfaced king. Or only the leader's soul can be taken in the prison? Or... the hospital has eaten them all?
