the only one who gets to decide your worth is you. it doesn't come from your bank account or the number of friends you have. it doesn't come from what someone else says you are worth. its called self-worth for a reason - it comes from you. it comes from being yourself and being proud of who you are. it comes from being someone that you can count on and someone you love. the numbers will change with time, but what won't change is who you are deep inside - beautiful, limitless, wonderful, creative, strong, capable - and that is where your worth comes from.
once the day comes to a close, let it remain closed. you did your best with everything that came your way today. even if you made mistakes, had some trouble, or struggled balancing everything into one little day, let the page turn into tomorrow. it's okay if everything didn't go as planned - things don't always do. so set down your troubles, your doubts, and your heartaches from today. do not let them carry into tomorrow because they do not serve a purpose there. let them go and try your best tomorrow.
some of you aren't expressing your feelings. maybe you don't want to ask for help, because you don't want to seem "vulnerable". you should, nobody will judge you for wanting help. asking for help will help you be a better leader. you should explore your interests, and if you want to step up for a leadership position in some of your interests. trust yourself. be patient and don't give up. if you broke up with an ex, or stopped being friends with someone dear to you, you will move on quickly. they didn't deserve you anyways. you need to get rid of your mental fog. write down your anxious thoughts and read them as if you were a different person, and ask yourself, are these thoughts really realistic?
