Need to know when buying your first ferret
-It may be difficult to find a vet who knows more than just how to give them a rabies vaccine -they have a fast metabolism and have ALOT of bowel movements, as well as are fairly difficult to potty train if you want them to be able to be loose in your house - almost all young ferrets are going to nibble/bite at first - they can and will get fleas if you don't treat them -anticipate getting at least 2, because they are addictive as well as much more active when in pairs or more - be prepared to never leave food or drink within their reach - they hiss when they are mad, hungry, pouting, etc.
