I’m making a base for my first fursuit head! I’m using sulfur free plasticine clay so that I can make a silicone mold and cast it out of expanding foam. This suit is going to be a ram with a skull face so I’ll be coating the foam with plastidip to make a smoother surface. I’m currently working on the lower jaw and a tongue that I plan on casting out of silicone. I am planning for a partial suit but if I have time before Portcon I’m going to make a fullsuit.
