A week from Saturday I’ll be playing the music of @mikecheck20 over at @oldmajorbmore -our last “1st Saturday” show of the year! 2019 has been a crazy year. The most obvious positive change in my life has been a return to actively playing music out live. Even that activity has had its “ups and downs” (great gigs, not-so-great gigs), but playing music for actual people means a lot to me- I love doing it. It’s like a little adventure every time: “how will I get to the gig? Oh yeah- now the folks at the venue know me...and are really cool!
