Every single amazing theme I find isn't compatible with my fish background and I just think having a mediocre theme with my amazing fish is better than having a killer theme with no fish just saying.

For the fishes:

Go here and then you can edit the color, amount, and the background.

Go to your Customize page.

When you’re done editing your koi fish, copy the embed code and paste it after the  tag. 

Before the  tag, copy and paste this code:

object {position: fixed;bottom: 0px;left: 0px;z-index: -1;} 

From the fishes’ embed code, change the width and height of it until it fills your entire background (On my blog the width I used is 1,600 and 1,000 for height).

Click save when you are done.
