Hello and welcome! You can call me Levi, Samael, or Salmon! I’m an artist and writer who primarily does pieces of my OCs, though from time to time I’ll do some fandom art
I do take requests but I will not guarantee that they will be made in a timely manner or even made at all.
I have a multitude of OC worlds and I am working on carrds for a few of them, in the meantime, I will put links to posts explaining these worlds [To Be Added]
Please note that even though I am profiction, I do not agree with most radqueer values and— though I cant stop you— would not prefer radqueers interacting with my blog (asking questions and commenting specifically)

The Brightest Eye is my “primary” original universe. It, at the moment, has no overarching story but I’m hoping to start making a comic soon. (also I’m aware my character names are stupid, that was the point for half of them and then I got lazy halfway through.)
The Brightest Eye is a multi-world organization made up of 6 different ‘levels’ of employees all designed to complete a certain, specific goal. Preventing fatal supernatural events [SEs] primarily a specific species of event called ‘Switches’.
[ more detailed information on TBE, switches and the character under the cut ]
· · ────────────⋆⋅𓁺⋅⋆────────────── · ·
According to the organization, Switches are a special type of SE, they are an organism rather than a simple occurrence. Though alive, switches are not exactly sentient, and are only following a predetermined path set by their instincts.
In the brightest eye universe, everything that exists in on a set path that can branch at change naturally over time. But events like switches can disrupt this natural path and cause ‘glitches’ in the fabric of reality. These glitches do not just edit the flow of time but can also affect the minds of people living in that timeline, whether that be mass amnesia or a parasitic like infection.
There are three different types of switches: physical, social and psychological. Another document will go into detail about the difference between these switches, bit to summarize; physical switches are almost always fatal, and present themselves as a parasite that infiltrates one or more victims minds. Social switches occur when a chain reaction of events (think rube goldberg machines) results in reality/time branching too early and going off of their set path. Psychological switches are almost never (truly) fatal and present themselves as ‘glitches’ in one persons reality.
The Brightest Eye runs as a non-profit organization (though the leader refers to it as a company or corporation) with different levels of workers to study, prevent and monitor switches and other reality-bending events. They do not have a central hub, and have facilities across several different galaxies, though this story focuses on their four earth facilities situated in Asia and South America.
The Brightest Eye’s founder and leader is an enigmatic figure only known to [most] employees by Them (any mention of capitalized They/Them pronouns are referring to the founder) They are a celestial body that has the ability to visit every TBE facility at any time.
[ more info on Them will come soon , Their story is fairly long and I can’t fit all of it here lol ]
There are six groups of employees: Overseers, Beholders, Exploits, Restorers, Agents and Recruits or ‘Civilians’. Each group has their own specific roles to play in TBEs goal, and frequently work together to achieve that goal.
Overseers are the second in command to The Leader (more on Them later) and are in charge of everything that happens in their designated Brightest Eye facilities.
They generally have special abilities or ‘powers’ to assist them with this task, but that is not always the case.
only a few TBE locations have multiple Overseers, as having multiple people in charge can create chaos and disorder in the workplace.
The Overseers in TBE are: Taddpole, Honey Badger, Miss May, Aunt V / Stella Venus, and Cod
Beholders have similar roles as Overseers, and sometimes take over for them when needed, but their primary job is to research, contain and predict Switches and other events.
Beholders are required to have special abilities, most of those being telepathy-like powers or foresight. Beholders are also encouraged to have some knowledge in scientific fields (though it is not exactly required)
There should be multiple Beholders per facility, but the earthen locations have not met that requirement due to governmental concerns
Beholders in TBE are: Nikolai Orison, Dr. Samuel North, Amaranth Sari, and London Montreal
Restorers are The Brightest Eye’s cleanup crew. After a switch occurs (usually when it was overlooked by Beholders or it was unpreventable for whatever reason) the three sub-sections (units a, b and c) of Restorers will go to the sight and begin fixing any damage to physical structures or reality itself.
Restorers also help find new recruits, who are usually civilians who were somehow unaffected by a switch, and occasionally have to eliminate any survivors that are not adequate for TBE recruitment.
Unit A focuses on recruitment and (if possible) retrieval and containment of any physically present switches.
Unit B focuses on the elimination of non-recruitables and any anomalies that may have been created due to a switch
Unit C focuses on cleaning up any dead bodies found on-site, repairing any possible damage to buildings and other structures, and fixing any remaining reality glitches still in the area
Restorer characters are: Grace Sari, Nicholas, Seraphim (Unit A). Mae North, Luka Moretti, N1NE/N (Unit B). Calvin Woodside, Max Markchenko, and A. (Unit C)
Agents have similar equipment and uniforms as the Restorers, but their primary job is protection of every other employee.
Most agents will be grouped via pairs and are usually stationed at certain employees offices, though sometimes Overseers will send a squad to assist Restorers or other employees with off-site duties.
Agents are the most recruitable employees, as they have little requirements (military or adjacent training/knowledge is not required due to TBE offering training programs after recruitment). But the job is one of the most dangerous because they have to be at the front of danger at all times, making them the most replaceable as well.
Agent Characters are: Ark Rahimi, Dorian Walker, Riley Davies, 0NE and Laika Markchenko.
Exploits are TBEs ‘grunts’, they are created in pairs and are tasked with preventing any switches that are triggered by chain reactions (which is quite a lot of them).
They are inhuman and were originally created by Them as a way to combat the loneliness of being, essentially, isolated in space. But after the founding of The Brightest Eye, They found that Exploits were the perfect disposable bodies for dangerous and long tasks
Nowdays, Exploits can be created by any Overseer three times a week. Though most Overseers choose to reanimate the same pairs multiple times than waste energy creating new ones
Exploits are semi-immortal and can only be truly killed by their creator, but if heavily damaged they have to be manually reanimated to stay functional.
Each pair is divided between two groups, A and B. Group A Exploits are based on human or humanoid characteristics and archetypes, while Group B Exploits are based on animalistic or adjacent characteristics and stereotypes.
Exploit Characters are: U-135A - “Shareholders” , U-564B - “Mana” and U-329A - “Beekeepers”
Recruits are employees that have been specifically chosen by higher-ups or ‘random’ civilians that were unaffected by a switch.
The reason employees must go through this multi-year recruit stage is because TBE needs to asses how they will perform and if they can mentally and physically recover from certain events.
It is customary that no true employee can communicate with Recruits, but many do not follow this rule, giving certain Recruits an advantage when going through their training and tests.
If any Recruit wants to quit before their training is complete, they are to be terminated affective immediately.
Recruit characters are: Sam and Amadeus
I think this covers most everything in TBE. If it does not I will update the document via reblogs so people will see
