Writing my Magnus Archives fanfic and I was having trouble starting this statement. It was gonna be in the classic "I'm a good person, I just sometimes eat babies" format, but I realized that's a very British attitude. This is the Usher Foundation. We're Americans
So I changed the format to "Yeah, I eat babies, and here's why I'm entirely justified in doing so."
Wouldn't it be fucked up if...
...puberty was robots?
...a raven wanted to share?
...a door was blue? (No, like...REALLY blue!)
...kudzu was scared?
...bimbofication was real?
...a lake was sick?
...cars could bleed?
...a kid did science at home?
...a man was film noir?
...an elephant had people in it?
...a guy wanted you to tell him about yourself?
These are all potential Fishkin Files stories that I'm working on. Might not use them all, might change some of them drastically. But this is a look into my fucked up mind and how I make my ideas. Almost all of them start with "wouldn't it be fucked up?" And then a mental image that is indeed fucked up.
I must know, is the Fishkin Files published anywhere yet, eg. AO3? I just found it via the baby eating post and I have a sudden and violent need to read it as soon as possible.

Not yet! I have three statements in various stages of completion and a bunch of documents with just a single sentence of a creepy idea I had.
I want to get ten or so completed before I post anywhere because I intend to actually record this with some of my friends doing voices. The stories themselves will be posted on AO3 as transcripts.
Also, i forgot what fandom this is, so I really need to stress that I wasn't talking about literal baby eating. It's just a metaphor for a certain style of statement. In this case, the statement giver starts off by saying he forces poor people out of their homes, then goes on to justify it
