Panthera is typically associated with earthy tones like brown, green, and red, but also blue and yellow both because he's colorblind so those are the only colors he can see, and because his favorite color is a shade of blue

Most people's first impression of Panthera falls along the line of either quiet, polite, hardworking servant/slave, or as as stoic, intimidating, ruthless killer with far more intelligence than he lets on. These assumptions are... Half right, I'll say, as he is all of those things but those traits are often exaggerated for the audience. Panthera is actually quite willing to have a conversation, and he makes very good conversation, he just rarely ever speaks unless he's spoken to first. He kills, but he has a moral code, and it's not willy-nilly but rather targeted and precise. He only kills people who hurt others. He's actually quite kind to those he cares about, even if his soft side rarely makes an appearance. Panthera is much more complex then most people ever see, and if someone knows him well enough they will be able to pinpoint the moment he switches facades

Hmm he's one big caution sign just by himself XD he'd have a dozen warning signs, including dubious cannibal, killer, will bite - honestly it'd be funny to put an aggressive dog sign on him XD - and uhhh other things like that

Admittedly those types of things are not things that I'm super familiar with. And atp Panthera's personality is so shaped by his trauma that he'd get totally different results if I tested him as a kid vs as an adult. I'm looking at a summary of the mbti things and if I had to say, I'd guess INTJ, INTP, or ISTJ

Panthera doesn't legally exist so no he doesn't have a license and no he can't drive. It's really funny to me that he doesn't know how to drive because it's new technology that he doesn't need (he teleports, why would he need a vehicle?). At one point I imagined him knowing how to fly a helicopter of all things but idk how he would ever learn that so that's not canon

He infact does know how to play the violin. I'm not super familiar with skill levels but considering he's lived for 900 years I'd say he's probably intermediate or advanced?

He's incredibly intelligent and clever. He stands by his morals. He's not afraid to stand up for and defend others

Favorite food... Hmmm he loves some good ribs. Any type of curry that's adapted to his needs he would adore. He unfortunately can't enjoy most of his cultures food because that's mostly noodles and other than rice noodles (that are prepared properly because celiac) he can't eat them. He'd like kebabs, but would be only okay with seafood. Anything over white rice would be up his alley too

Quirks/mannerisms... Hmmm what counts as a quirk... He's basically religious about folding clothes and putting stuff where it belongs? He has nearly perfect posture, in fact his posture slipping is a telltale sign that something is wrong.

4. Panthera does not canonically own any pets, nor would he want to, but I did give him Hellblazer for the fun of it because I wanted a Skorvid

8. Ough probably somewhere cool, like the mountains or a forest, maybe somewhere coastal but he'd hate the beach so not ON the coast. He'd like to do things like hiking, learning about the local flora/fauna, uhh I forgot what it's called (foresting???) but when you go into the woods and pick the wild berries or mushrooms and stuff. Flying in his devil form without worrying about being seen by humans or hitting anything with his wings - so def somewhere secluded, he'd love a cabin. Lots of reading. Stuff like that

13. Panthera has changed sooo much since he was little and almost entirely for the worse. He's always been obedient, of course, but now he's more... Submissive, generally speaking. Like if he really, REALLY doesn't want to do something because it goes against his morals or is particularly uncomfortable, he'll say he'd rather not, but in most cases he will just... Give up and let the order do its thing. He's learned there's no use fighting his curse anymore.

He's also more stoic and reserved than he was as a kid. He doesn't have the same fiery, sassy spark he used to. Part of his arc within a romantic relationship is finding that again. But he doesn't banter with his masters much anymore, doesn't boast about himself very much, doesn't pride himself in being a monster, he keeps information about himself close to his chest until it's necessary, he doesn't immediately share the fact that he's half devil or that he was born a girl or how many people he's killed.

There is some things that's changed for the better — he things things through a lot more, doesn't go randomly parkouring onto chandeliers or balconies, he's stopped boasting about being the favorite or who he's slept with — things that come with maturity. But he also lost a LOT of self preservation over his roughly 880 years as a slave. It doesn't matter if he dies anymore, he'll come back in a week, nobody will miss him, it's no biggie. Pain means nothing to him anymore.

Hmmm I can't decide if he would describe himself as how he wants to be seen for the sake of his reputation (scary, skilled in many unusual things, mysterious, stoic, etc) or how he actually is (kind, anxious, trapped by the bounds of his curse, intelligent, misunderstood, etc)

If others were to describe him, it'd be the way he wants to be seen, as this big, hulking beast who kills without mercy and rarely speaks

Ough Panthera loves soft things. He doesn't have any rn (closest is one throw blanket that would be softer if he washed it lmao) but he adores soft and squishy things, even if he'd never let himself indulge in it. He also loves smooth things, like the beads he fidgets with, or those rocks with like a thumb print pressed in them that are also sold as fidgets.

I feel like Panthera's favorite cuddling position is definitely hugging someone's face to his chest/neck so he can rest his chin on his head. Not only is this the position he automatically goes to while sleeping (bc he goes full octopus mode while asleep, do not be near this man unless you have nothing better to do until he wake up) but he also tends to carry or hug people like this because it's natural for him, being so large. He likes holding things close to his chest

Hmmm secret passion... I feel like I need to say history for this one, even tho it's not much of a secret on a meta level, it just wouldn't come up much to the people around him except for specific situations of, like, history trivia, or Panthera drawing a comparison between historical figures (or Hell forbid, Panthera actually talking about himself and his backstory).

Panthera's laugh is either a very enunciated "Ha!" Or a snort or chuff kinda noise. Maybe leaning towards growl? Idk how to describe it better, but it's a very low, big cat noise vocalized in the same pattern a laugh is

Panthera leaves different marks depending on the circumstances of which he meets people. Sometimes, he leaves a lasting impression along the lines of "not all men/mutants/monsters are bad" if he's done something to save them. Other times, he leaves people fearing for their lives. Many times though, he leaves them rethinking their life beliefs

Panthera leans on himself as much as he can. His habits, his coping mechanisms, his training, etc. but if those are no longer enough he'll turn to his master for help

Trauma induced flashbacks probably. Especially if they stem from similar situations (like being forced into water)

I think friends, considering he has no family left and the only one he did have was his mother, and you know how well that went down —

Eh, I'd say 50/50? Like he doesn't purposefully participate in any Japanese or Chinese traditions, but he does stick to some of the beliefs and maybe some superstitions, I'd have to do some research on that. But he believes in keeping his composure in public and not being disruptive or a bother to anyone, and h is very uptight about keeping his space clean and organized. I think he'd still participate in the apple cider festival his home village had, though to a much lesser degree. He'll just make a pot of cider if he can and drink some.

I mean... Teeeechnically? He believes in God and the devil from the Bible? Because he's met them face to face? But I wouldn't say he worships them and he def does not read the Bible or pray or anything. Like at MOST he'll send Satan one of those quick "get me out of trouble" prayers, like you know, when he wants someone to survive something or a mission to go well? But it's not a regular or practiced thing, just kinda habitual. But his beliefs are based on what he's experienced, and it's kinda hard not to believe in heaven and hell when you've met God face to face and burned in Literal Hell before Satan pulled you out to live in the palace with him XD

Panthera has nightmares a lot, usually about previous masters or different ways he's died (drowning, Germany, his samurai master) but also ways his current master (Leo, and ergo his brothers too) could turn against him.

I think Panthera would just be confused as to why there's a sword in a stone. He'd just stare at it for a minute before deciding it's not his problem XD that or he thinks it's a puzzle, which he might try to work out, and if he doesn't end up tryna pull it out he will be incredibly baffled if his LITERAL DEMON SUPER STRENGTH was unable to pull it out XD at that point he'd decide it's probably magic and leave it alone, if he couldn't smell the magic on it to begin with

Yes, he speaks like five lol. An ancient form of Japanese, a similarly older version of Chinese, English, Russian, German, and Latin. He was born in Japan, spent a couple years in China with his emporer master, also served a master in Germany and several in the USA, and the Latin he studied during his time in Hell since he's half devil now lmao. I don't remember why I gave him Russian, I know he also spent time there but he didn't serve a Russian master, I think it might've just been for cool points for the Russian accent or so he could bond with Rocksteady while speaking Russian and have a little relationship there
