FitBit Premium - anyone use it?
Please let me know -- I’m seriously considering upgrading. I’m a researcher, so it seems to me that premium provides more data and more analysis. Not sure if that will actively contribute positively to my weightloss, but it can’t hurt, right?
so, i sprung for the fitbit premium because i love reports. yup. i'm a nerd.
but. in looking at it, my average weight loss over the past eleven weeks has been 1.8 pounds per week. which seems like a lot. Then I looked at it four weeks at a time. Avg per week for the 1st 4 weeks was 1.98. Then it dropped down to 1.2. over the past three weeks? 2.4
because i lost 5.82 pounds in the past week. crikey. and it isn't like i've changed anything. my calorie intake has been regular, and my exercise has been normal - actually a bit less since I had a day less of training.
bodies. they are SO WEIRD.
but, at this point i am down to 151.1. which means that i'm down 20 from my 171 start. and i'm 10.1 away from my soft goal and 20.1 away from my ultimate goal.
and now i'm doing actual strength training with my trainer, so the other goal of getting toned(ish, i mean, c'mon. i'm 37 and am the mush queen) and being physically fit(ter, same reason) and being able to do crossfit next summer - these things are starting to look like they're actually in the realm of possibilities. YAY
the real test? before the end of june i'm going to open the drawer of clothes that I refused to get rid of due to smallness and see if any of them fit. I cheated the other day & pulled out two sundresses from that drawer but they were just knit maxidresses so they don't count.
