Great 15k run this morning with Brahim Lahlafi, Moroccan 5000m record holder and bronze medalist at 2000 Olympics (unfortunately not in picture) and Abderrahime Bouramdane (next to me) 2006 Ottawa Marathon winner and second place in Toronto Marathon...
