At the age of 39 I've seen a lot change in the fitness industry from when I started 23 years ago. I love how people will challenge themselves to do better and to improve the body god gave them. What I think is sad, those who have to constantly try to do things for the wrong reason. All the makeup, fake eyelashes, hair extensions, lip injections, etc,. Is not going to change who you are. It's simply a bandaid that will eventually lose its grip and fall off. If you're not happy with who you are and where your heart is, then all these things are going to be a big waste of time and money. True beauty comes from your heart and passion. We're all getting old and looks will fade and those you have taken for granted will never forget how you treated them during your journey. So, be yourself.
