I'm the biggest contradiction ever. I want to be fit and in shape and I spend hours in the gym but I also could n't care less about myself.
So as recommended by my instructor I've started doing knuckle hardness training for punching and it's just... The worst? Thing ever? Like it just hurts so fucking bad it's absurd
In other news:
I’m back down to 136lbs, and hoping to either maintain, or lower it further. My eventual goal is either 128lbs, or to lose at least four inches from my stomach. [Since, y’know, muscle weighs more and whatnot.]
Current Measurements in inches: Chest: 38 Natural Waist: 32 Stomach: 35 Hips: 37 Thigh: 23 Bicep: 9 1/2 Neck: 14 Wrist: 5 1/2
Workout of the day, Wednesday, 2/24/2016
So I'm mega disappointed in the equipment available to me. Dumbbells, heaviest is 50 lbs... No machines. No barbell or weight supporting structures... But also my body is wrecked and this is only until Saturday. So I decided to do a light workout to polish off my body, I'm going to rest the next 2 days unless we visit a gym with better selection... Focus: Doing something so I don't explode Superset: Balancing weird leg extensions and bilateral dumbbell curls, 4 sets Superset: Eccentric Dumbbell Curl and Upright Dumbbell Row Some more Weird things for my chest and shoulders using Dumbbells So dissatisfied
