If you ACTUALLY want to run: put your shoes on, get dressed (in that order make it fun), and say you can go on a walk if that's how you feel once you get outside. Usually once you're out there, you run anyway ;)

its past midnight, if i get kidnapped im going to blame you just because i can. the weather is good though, even if its cold. 11 degrees (52F)
