starting week 3 insanity :D
I haven't been around this weekend, but I did all my insanity exercises. Today was the first day of my third week of insanity.
Fit test:
switch kicks 90/45 on week 1 to 100/50 on week 3
power jacks 35 to 45
power knees 60 to 83
power jumps 20 to 30
globe jumps 7 to 8
suicide jumps 9 to 13
push up jacks 10 to 15
low plank oblique 40 to 57
I'm better at everything!
Food today:
1. 30g cereals and light yogurt - 300
2. 2 eggs, one slice bread, salad - 650
3. 60 g chocolate - 330
== 1280 cal
Maybe some yoga later. :D
