something that really gets me about fitzchivalry farseer is he is torn between an ordinary life and the noble extraordinary main character life of a traditional fantasy protagonist. his name is keppet. his name is fitzchivalry farseer. he wants to get married and settle down in an ordinary town with an ordinary candlemaker. the great loves of his life are a prophet who’s trying to save the world and a wolf he can telepathically communicate with. he wants to be a scribe. he’s a royal assassin who kills important people to preserve the monarchy. he wants so badly to be ordinary but he cannot be because he is the royal bastard and he is the catalyst and he is responsible for changing the world

Modern Au of Fitz and The Fool, but they're both actors. Beloved is an incredibly famous, adored actor known for taking roles in unusual movies. Everybody wants to know more about them. There are blogs about him, tiktoks, those little "Are They Dating??" Articles whenever he hangs out with literally anyone.

Fitz, however, was a child actor that disappeared from the spotlight after "Kid Assassin 6: Age of The Stone Dragons". No new movies. No new TV shows. He was an actor covered heavily, but after a while, faded into obscurity.

Sometimes some fans still get excited seeing him, managing to coax a picture from him while he's at the grocery store in his pajamas. He still has those white strands in his hair from an accident on the set of "Kid Assassin 2" or something.

Starling, famous musical artist turn movie producer and director hires both Beloved and Fitz to fill the main roles of a movie. And nobody has a clue as to why Starling would want Fitz to play the role, or why he would accept it in the first place. Some say it's because he wants the money for his son's college tuition.

And then after the movie comes out, everybody notices that there is way too much chemistry in a film where they are supposedly playing best friends, and that chemistry is even more obvious in interviews together.

And then when reporters ask them if there was anything that was happening between them on set, The Fool is just like "Wouldn't you like to know~"

But Fitz makes the rumors way worse by saying the most romantic shit about Beloved, and then going "We're just friends tho".
