With the season and the series drawing to a close, I want to take this opportunity to say a short, emotional goodbye. This show has been an amazing ride, and I’m so glad I got to experience a few seasons of it in real time, ups and downs included. Said better than me by Chris Fisher on instagram: “We changed the world. No hyperbole. And for the better. We may have fucked it up a little too, but the world doesn’t stand still and great storytelling always loves a good challenge.” As a creator, there’s nothing more inspiring.
And so I’m dedicating this to all the people who made this journey worth it:
@existentialmalaises, the Margo to my Eliot and the Eliot to my Margo. You know how much I appreciate your friendship, more than I can and will put in a simple tumblr post. I’m so glad I managed to convince you to give this show another try. This one’s to all our headcanons and the stories we’ve created, and all the new worlds we’re bound to create in the future.
@glitterandmabel, the Julia to my Josh ok no I’m kidding, thanks for allowing me to drag you into this show girl. As always, it was a pleasure to watch this show along with you and hear your thoughts, both insightful and funny. Thanks for indulging me and being along for the ride.

Five Seasons of The Magicians
The two of us are loving season 5 of The Magicians, and we wanted to share some positivity as well as put the spotlight on some underappreciated characters and ships.
Therefore, introducing: FIVE SEASONS OF THE MAGICIANS, a theme week where you'll get to show some love to the characters and ships who you think deserve more content.
Some possibilities include: Penny Adiyodi, Kady Orloff-Diaz, Alice Quinn, Fen // Penny x Alice, Margo x Julia, etc. Maybe even a poly ship... Be inventive! As for content, you can write a (ship)manifesto or fan fic, create a playlist, edits, a gif set and/or fanart, or anything else that comes to mind.
