As I go off of canon, none of the Numberjacks characters are actually in relationships with one another. Any ship-y post I make goes off of my own headcanons, and is not canon (for example, my posts about Spikes and PuzzleTaker).
Soooo.... No, Five and Six haven't gone on a romantic date. They've gone on outings together, as friends do, but they wouldn't consider any of them proper dates.
