With Jake on the phone, doing a consult with someone in California as he was putting dinner into the oven, he didn’t even realize that Penelope had escaped out the apartment door, and wandered across the hall. It wasn’t until Jake hung up and called for Penelope to join him in the kitchen to make the cookies he’d promised her earlier that day, that he noticed that his three year old wasn’t there. 

He checked all of her usual hiding places and all of the other places she could possibly hide. Nothing. That was when he noticed the front door was slightly ajar. Jake’s heart lept to his throat and he tried hard not to panic as he walked out and knocked on his neighbor’s door. Maybe she’d seen or heard something...

Belle French had just been promoted. She was now spending her first night of staying at the lab. She had never really been that close to any of the supernatural creatures before; now, she was mere feet from one. A girl, to be exact.

I’ve never paid attention to her musically and as a person she’s always sent me the wrong sort of vibes, so I never bothered to give her the time of day. But since the whole xfactor situation with her and her horrible husband, I just kinda can’t wait for karma to come right around.

Hired to kill

Kara takes another step towards the front door of her target’s home. The woman had left a little while ago which means that it was time for her to set up. She takes out a lock pick and gets to work on the lock. After a few moments of fiddling around with the tools she hears the click and opens the door. Her leather gloves stop her from leaving prints, and the knife in her hand would be disposed of once the mission is complete.

The hired assassin locks the door behind her before leaning against the wall behind where the door would open. She knows the target should be home soon, after all she had watched her movements for a while and knew this would be the best time to strike.
