I’m trying out new coping mechanisms to override the old toxic ones that no longer fit into my life. I notice that when I’m at an impasse, I turn to reading the news. It’s an annoying habit. It’s one of the main reasons I’m in the process of getting rid of any other social media other than this. I don’t need another reason to be angry for no reason.
