Like these ones(there's a lot more shapes this is just the first image I got when I looked them up on Google) I think I'm probably gonna be needing these eventually cuz I keep biting myself when I'm stressed or pissed off. And as someone that gets stressed from too much noise (+I play a lot of video games) expect me to bite myself a lot at times during the day. (As I'm writing this I've bited the insides of my mouth multiple times -sigh) And I have gotten alot of problems because of it (don't feel like discussing it rn maybe another time) and idk I feel like I'd be too embarrassed asking my mom to get me these (also she's just gonna keep asking me annoying questions and all I want is just to get them but whatever) so I've just been trying really hard not to bite myself but I end up biting my tongue or anything else which doesn't really help lol. Anyways just wanted to talk about this I don't think I've ever told anyone about my biting problems before nfsieid 😭
