Oh boy… here we go.

Yeah, I really don’t like this movie.

Let me be clear, I LOVED when Kenai was a human. I liked his character, his relationships with her brothers, and the culture- I got so into it! But then he’s turned into a bear, and then it all goes downhill for me. I also loved the ending, there was no villain, just a misunderstanding, and it’s great. But I couldn’t stand the middle, which is the most important part. And it’s not because Kenai turns into a bear, it’s because of what was done when he was a bear.

That bear cub is so freaking annoying, I can barely explain why because thinking about him angers me. They have modern talk, which they didn’t have before when Kenai was a human, so WHY is he saying these things? PINKY SWEARS? WHY. The moose are annoying, and I can’t stand them, they take away from the film and the main characters. It's like they switched writers.

The songs are HORRIBLY placed. I can’t believe they played a song with actual singing over Kenai tellind Koda that his mother was dead. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT, THAT WAS A HORRIBLE CHOICE. I usually don’t like Phil Collins, but at first I really liked it, until the middle.

I wanted to love this movie, but I can’t stand a majority of it, and what I usually do is watch the beginning, and skip to the end.

Talk about being so close, and yet so far.

Dude, while I was leaving the theater I overheard someone say ‘Surprisingly, disney actually made a good movie for once.’ and I got so mad omg

The thing is, my dad LOVES the 90s Disney movie, but they were all set in olden times, so that mean it's obviously okay to like it as an adult, but, no, not a film placed in GASP modern times.

Those people need to shut the hell up. I would have gone up to them and said this:

They probably don't like Disney in general, and think animation is"above them". Seriously, it seems like almost every adult I talk to thinks that animation is just for kids, and that's not fair to a movie at all! It's not that they dismiss it as a kids film, but that they think it's a for "for kids"- just for little kids, and not everyone, like they are intended to be.

People are so closed-minded, it makes me angry.
