Based on the casting call they put out it was supposed to be filmed over a couple weeks in October 2021. Then it supposedly got pushed to December 2021, seemingly because things were too busy with Trixie Motel
Now it’s May 2022 & I don’t see them having the time this year. Currently they only have tour dates through October, but Trixie keeps saying December?
And at this point I think they would have to start back at square one for casting since it’s been so long & the timing of filming would be so drastically different
There’s also no way to know what will happen in Katya’s personal life between now & when they might possibly be able to reconvene on the show
However, as of March it seems like it’s still a possibility because it was included in advertisements for upcoming shows before they performed at the Ryman
So I would love to say it’s only 25% likely to still happen, but I’m going to put it at 50/50 so I don’t get blindsided if suddenly they do film it
