Ive always walked too loudly

They would always tell me to pick up my feet

Don’t walk to far

You disturb everything and everyone

Always consider who can hear you walking

But it wasn’t just anyone who would be upset just my parents, no one else noticed the way I walked

Maybe if I starve myself I won’t be so big, such a disruption

Maybe if I just stop eating I won’t make so much noise trying to eat when they’re sleeping

They get angry if I eat during the day

PTSD post.

I hate PTSD so much . All I do is lay my head on my desk and have flashbacks. I hate getting PTSD flashbacks in school . I just want to run to the bathroom to cry but I can't .
