Yet another family tree from my clangen (thankfully much smaller this time) featuring the leader and namesake of the clan herself Flailstar!

Flailstar (female)
Flail is my absolute favorite cringefail girl of all time. She decided to start her own clan just to prove that she could, she's constantly afraid of her clanmates doubting her abilities to the point of her overstepping the bounds of her leadership and alienating her clanmates, she currently hates BOTH medicine cats for not having a strong connection to Starclan but can't get rid of either of them, and has gotten into a fight with every single kit in the clan at least once. She is 142 moons and hasn't lost a single life and I hope she lives forever
Eevee (female)
Found dead in the territory, the clan took in her litter of three kits. When Flailstar came to investigate the body she instantly recognized her as her cousin from twolegplace (her mother had joined the clans before they were born, while her mother's sister had stayed with their twolegs). Flail is now keeping a special eye on the kits, but hasn't told a soul about their kinship
Glarenettle (male)
Almost always in a bad mood, this freshly-made warrior hates responsibility yet keeps getting saddled with it because of his mom. He has a habit of thinking with his claws and not his head, which is what lead to him catching a sick rabbit and accidently poisoned him and his brother...leading to Brightpaw's death. This has only made his attitude problems worse. He wants nothing more than be left alone but now he has to mentor Waterkit and he is entirely unthrilled. He recently went out alone and picked a fight with a nest of rats, and is now holed up in the medicine den stewing
Brightpaw (male)
Brightpaw had very little say in becoming a medicine cat apprentice; his mother wanted more direct control over the medicine den and he was the vessel to do it. He didn't really get along with his mentor and often spent afternoons gossiping with Glarenettle about it all. He was pretty upset when he died from poison but didn't have the heart to be truly angry with Glare over it. After all his brother was on his own now, and he was the only one who ever saw through his anger and saw the hurt inside. Brightpaw watches him from Starclan and hopes his brother can sort himself out before he gets himself killed
Flamepaw (female)
Absolutely no one can tell Flame what to do as she everything she does is always on her own terms. She's been feeling a little gloomy lately as her new mentor is Flailstar, which means she won't be able to get up to as much mischief with the leader getting her in trouble
Waterpaw (male)
He was a whiney and petulant kit, often getting into fights with and tattling on his sisters. As an apprentice he's grown an even deeper mean streak....which isn't helped by the fact his mentor is Glarenettle who Water looks up to like he hung the moon
Thunderpaw (female)
Incredibly skittish, she was often mocked by her siblings for being afraid of thunderstorms (her name was chosen before this fact was known). But the cat who became her mentor, Hailthump, comforted her, telling her that he was afraid of thunderstorms too. The two came up with a whole routine of checking the sky every night for rainclouds, and if there was some Hail would spend the night in the nursery just for her. Now that she's his apprentice she's determined to prove herself and overcome her fears to make him proud
I've been absolutely obsessed with one of my clangen saves in a way I never have before so here is the SweetSnarl family line! They make up literally half the clan and are a big part of the reason I love this clan as much as I do

Sweetdew (trans male)
a big reason why I drew out the tree to begin with is because Sweet actually died recently (because SOMEBODY thought having a litter of kits at 138 MOONS was a good idea). He was very self-conscious about himself and his place in the clan at the beginning, especially after having his first litter with an outsider. He was on the brink of leaving the clan altogether when Graysnarl stepped into his life and helped him feel accepted (though he was wary at first as Gray was pretty strict on sticking to the warrior code). The two quickly fell in love and Sweet found happiness with his role as a father. With many wonderful kits and a mate who loved him completely, Sweet couldn't have been any happier with how his life ended up
Graysnarl (male)
Gray is a serious cat with a strong moral code. He served as deputy for a long time before retiring to the elder's den where he lives now. He had been absolutely smitten by Sweetdew but didn't want to burden the other cat with his feelings as he had just had a litter of two, so instead he helped Sweet out in whatever way he could. But by spending so much time together the pair quickly realized their feelings were mutual and they became lifelong mates. The only time anyone ever heard Gray laugh was when Sweet would tell a joke, and though he never lost his rough exterior it was clear how enamored he was at all times. He did his best to reach out and make a connection with Sweet's kits as well and was never afraid to speak out if he thought they were being treated unfairly. Even after becoming an elder his focus never shifted from his family, all of his kits know he's a steady shoulder to lean on if they need it
Fluffythorn (male)
Oldest of a litter of two, the brothers used to have a lot of bad blood between them when Frecklemouth was made a warrior before Fluffy (he had always felt like he was falling behind and did not like being proven right). His mentor was the leader Flailstar herself and it stung when she said she just wasn't impressed enough with his progress yet. When he complained Flailstar delayed his ceremony for yet another moon, completely souring the relationship between them. During this time he grew bitter and angsty until Graysnarl reached out to him and was a cat he felt he could talk to, as it was no secret Frecklemouth had always been closer to their father Sweetdew. With time he earned his warrior name and became much more playful and friendly. He was never an angry cat at heart, he just wanted his potential to be fully seen
Frecklemouth (male)
Freckle is a very solitary cat with a bit of a mischievous streak, which means he doesn't have many close friends in the clan. But he is a very talented warrior in his own right and his lack of friends has never bothered him much. He did put in a lot of work to mend the rift between him and his brother Fluffythorn, who is now the cat he is undoubtedly the closest to in the entire clan. He doesn't have much of an interest getting close with any of his other siblings though as younger cats tend to annoy him, the one exception being his daughter Raindropkit.
Bumbleleap (female)
Being brought in by the clan as a kit and now the deputy, Bumble has always lived life fearlessly. She cares deeply for the cats around her and works hard to see them all succeed. She's always had a bit of a crush on Frecklemouth, but she realizes he will probably never take a mate due to his nature. Still, the two of them had a daughter together and are committed to raising her the best they can
Raindropkit (female)
Raindrop is shy but extremely clever, easily getting out of whatever trouble the other kits in the nursery try to rope her into. She seems to have a more solitary nature like her father, but she loves both her parents very much
Stormcrest (male)
Extremely adventurous and kind, Stormcrest loves his siblings more than anything, even the ones outside his own litter. As an apprentice he was so excited that his mentor was his older half-sibling Frecklemouth and tried to hang around him constantly...but the older cat often blew him off and they never managed to make a deeper connection. When the time came to train his own apprentice and younger brother Albatrossback, he made an effort to be everything that he wished Freckle was to him, and the two cats are still very close now.
Hailthump (male)
Loud, vibrant, and never afraid of making a scene, Hailthump is the beating heart of his family. Though his 'leaps before he looks' attitude has landed him in the medicine cat den quite a few times (and has probably taken 5 years off of Strikeheart's life in doing so). He is just as fearless in loving the cats around him, taking special care in looking out for Thunderkit (When he found out she was petrified of thunderstorms, never really liking them much himself, he made an effort to reassure her, letting her know she could always come to him if she was afraid) who his now his apprentice
Dartpaw (female)
She had just shaken off her nervousness and was ready to prove herself when she slipped off a cliff-face on a patrol. Although she was never able to become a warrior, she watches her siblings proudly from Starclan and cheers for every one of their successes
Strikeheart (female)
Strikeheart is equal parts confidant and kind. She has no problem going after what she wants but gets easily restless when she has to wait for a result. However is able to channel said restlessness into something productive by running all throughout camp checking up on her clanmates and getting lots of chores done. Her worst fear is when her family gets hurt and there is nothing she can do to fix it
Gulltide (female)
Freshly-made warrior, Gulltide still has yet to make her mark in the clan. She is incredibly loyal and would do anything for the cats around her
Albatrossback (male)
Freshly-made warrior, Albatrossback has a taste for adventure thanks to his older brother and mentor Stormcrest. Life hasn't been all that exciting lately, but he hopes that will change soon!
Swirlkit (male) and Scratchkit (male)
Only a few moons old these two are the youngest in the family. While they're still growing into their personalities, so far Swirl is shy but loves to roughhouse and Scratch could charm any cat within minutes
